Pair of Vintage Fostoria Double Light Candleholders Duo Etched Crystal Tiered

Description

I have up for your consideration a pair of Fostoria candlestick holders.  They measure about 5 1/4" high to the top of the high candle holder, about 4 1/4" to the top of the lower candle holder, and 6" across at the widest point.  There is a black speck on the base of one candleholder, see the 7th picture. They have some use marks on the bases.  When you hold them up to the light you can see some marks on the base.  It appears as if someone cleaned the tops of the bases with something that had a rough surface.  There are no chips or cracks.
